General Terms & Conditions

1. Retention of Title:

1.1 Pentacraft Innovate maintains ownership of the Products until the customer fulfills full payment obligations.

1.2 Customer bears the responsibility of storing and insuring the Products at no additional expense to Pentacraft Innovate.

1.3 Usage or sale of Products by the customer before complete payment requires explicit, written permission from Pentacraft Innovate.

1.4 In case of default, the customer is obligated to inform Pentacraft Innovate of any third-party involvement and assumes liability for all associated costs and damages.

2. Software Ownership:

2.1 The ownership of software integrated into the Products remains with the manufacturer.

2.2 Pentacraft Innovate cannot transfer ownership of the software to the customer.

2.3 The customer is solely reliant on the licensor (the owner) for claims and warranties related to the software.

3. No Return Policy:

3.1 Once a product is sold, no returns are accepted.

4. Risk and Delivery:

4.1 Pentacraft Innovate bears the risk associated with the Products until the point of delivery.

4.2 The customer is responsible for providing accurate instructions, documents, licenses, or authorizations necessary for delivery.

4.3 In the absence of agreed-upon delivery terms, Pentacraft Innovate will make its best efforts for a timely delivery.

4.4 If an agreed-upon term on the Quote expires without product delivery, the customer reserves the right to dissolve the purchase agreement.

4.5 Partial deliveries may occur unless explicitly prohibited by the customer.

4.6 Pentacraft Innovate disclaims liability for any damages resulting from late delivery.
